Shipping & Postage Policy

Easy Peasy Quilting is very happy to offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia exception – oversized products (eg: sewing machine bags).

You will see at the product information if your chosen product falls into this category. If it does, we will send you an email with the freight charge. After that you can decide to go ahead with your order or cancel.

If you decide to cancel your order, your money will be refunded back to your credit card. If you decide to go ahead, an invoice will be issued and sent to you through PayPal with payment details. Your order will be dispatched upon receiving payment.

Your parcel will be sent by Australia Post as a standard parcel. Approximate delivery time is 5-10 working days. Please note insurance is not included in our offer. If you would like us to insure your order or to use any other courier service, please let us know. Charges will apply.

We are offering Flat Rate to our International Customers.

Approximate delivery time is 2-6 weeks depending on destination. Parcels will be sent by Australia Post Air Freight Standard.  Please note insurance is not included in our offer. If you would like us to insure your order or to use any other courier service, please let us know. Charges will apply.

You will be paying AU $10.00 per parcel and AU$5.00 per item.

If our postage calculation substantially exceeds the actual potage charge, we will refund the difference back to your credit card.
If the freight charges are substantially higher then the charged freight, we will send you an email with the actual charges.  After that you can decide to go ahead with your order or cancel.

Dear Customers please note that some of our products will be sent to you straight from the manufacturer or wholesaler  and most products will be shipped from our shop. In product description you will see if the actual product is shipped from the wholesaler or manufacturer and we will send you an email as well to remind you.

This method saves you money on freight cost. Either way you will be taking advantage of our Shipping and Postage Policy as above.
